2 - Order / Payment
The User authorizes Brasileirinhas to debit the bank card amounts corresponding to the subscription to the Service. Ensure optimal discretion for the user; debits will be made to the User Credit Card under the name "Brasil Pay".
The Service is subject to a security and data encryption system for the entire control and payment phase by the User. The company Brasileirinhas adopted a payment module based on SSL encryption to more effectively protect all bank data linked to the payment of orders placed by the user on the service.
The values of orders placed on the Service will be charged in Reais for sales made in Brazil and in US Dollars for sales made outside Brazil.
Brasileirinhas reserves the right to change prices at any time, as long as the User controls are billed to the User based on the rates in force at the time of order registration.
The respective costs of the different programs available on the Service are indicated on the Service itself and on the choice made by the User in the form of secure payment.
The User further acknowledges that the costs of connecting to the Internet will be borne.
Revenues:
By express agreement between the User and the company Brasileirinhas, the data recorded on the computer systems of the company Brasileirinhas or its computer suppliers constitute proof of all transactions between the User and the company Brasileirinhas. The data recorded by the payment system is evidence of financial transactions.
Withdrawal period
The video on demand service is an intangible service provided exclusively digitally.

Personal information communicated by the User through the Service is intended for the Brasileirinhas Group.

8 - Applicable law and dispute settlement
These conditions are subject to Brazilian law.
In case of difficulty related to the use of the service, the user has the option, before any legal action, to seek a friendly solution with the company Brasileirinhas, mainly with the help of a consumer association or another lawyer of his choice.
In the event of a dispute, the exclusive courts of São Paulo are given exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these General Terms is declared inapplicable or invalid for any reason, that invalidity or inapplicability will not affect the application or validity of the other provisions.
